Tip of the Day
The sumo deadlift high pull is a great movement for anyone that struggles with firing their hips to move weight.  Without firing your hips, that high pull is going to get rough quickly.  This can transfer over to your oly lifts as well, where people struggle with pulling with their arms to much.  Remember that the extension of the hips is what makes the bar weightless.
