Tip of the Day
Partner WOD's are a lot of fun!  Not only do you get to compete with a friend, but it also allows a bit of rest as well.  By breaking up the numbers into smaller sets person, you are able to recover and keep your power output high.  When it is your turn, try to do each set unbroken.
