Tip of the Day
Let's talk weightlifting.  A lot of athletes become consumed with only doing the rx weight.  However, from a coaches point of view, it is far more important to have solid form than to move heavy weight.  If you struggle at a certain movement, take it way down in weight and work on your form first!  You cannot fix poor form under heavy load,  that is a recipe for disaster!
