Tip of the Day
Box jumps are not about speed.  They are not about who has the biggest calves.  Box jumps are about hip power.  Can you explosively fire your hip and propel yourself into the air?  Elite jumpers can not only do this, but they can land softly as well.  The stronger we make your posterior chain, and the faster we train that chain to fire, the higher you can jump.
