Tip of the Day
Gymnastics day is in full force!  All of the barbell training that we do, transfers over to being able to hold your gymnastics form longer.  Also, the more reps of a movement you can do strict, the more you can do kipping.  Strict pulls and pushes paired with stability holds can increase your overall body strength.
