WOD

For Time:

Row 2000 meters

*Every 200 meters, stop and complete 15 sit ups.  The workout ends with sit ups.
*If your rower shuts off while you are doing sit ups, you must start over.

*Compare to 6-18-15 and 10-8-14

Tip of the Day
In order to not risk having your rower shut off, you need to be efficient at getting into and out of the rower foot pedals.  The easiest way to do this, slide your feet up towards the monitor first before you try to pull them out of the straps.  From there, lay on the floor next to your rower, do not waste time walking all over the place.
