Tip of the Day
Today's WOD will be a test of your double under efficiency.  The back squat weight isn't heavy but after a few rounds, it will start to play a role in your double under form.  The more solid your form from the beginning, the better you will do on this WOD.  If there is a small hitch in your technique, it might become a major speed bump by round 3 or 4.
