Tip of the Day
The key to this workout is manageable sets of wall balls from the start.  If you pick a rep scheme that works well with a high power output, fast recovery rest, you will get through the wall balls in no time.  However, if you try to do it unbroken right out of the gate, your later rounds could suffer.
