3 Touch and go deadlifts (275/185)
5 Handstand push ups
100 m sprint
*Rest 1:00 between rounds

Tip of the Day
Sometimes you need to work for 20-40 minutes and sometimes you need to all out sprint.  Today, is an all out sprint day.  Sprint intervals are great for training your heart, building muscle mass, and decreasing body fat.  Give every round 110%.
