2) Speed Pulls: 10 x 1 Deadlift @ 70% of 1 RM

2 x 15 per leg weighted Bulgarian split squats

Tip of the Day
Bulgarian split squats are not only beneficial to your glute and hamstring development, they also transfer over to one of our Oly lifts.  If you struggle with the split jerk, building strength and balance through your split squats and lunges will help you!  You need to be able to trust your split stance whenever you're dropping underneath a heavy weight into that position.
