Tip of the Day
Barbell cycling is a skill that must be practiced.  There is a lot of technique involved in unbroken lifts.  From timing to bar path, proper cycling can make you a more efficient athlete.  However, if those lifts go unpracticed, you can leak fuel, wear yourself out, and increase your chance of injury.  Focus on proper form, then ramp up the intensity.
