Tip of the Day
If you would like to smash your central nervous system, lift heavy ALL the time.  Raw weight 1 rep maxes, 3 rep maxes, etc.  are hard on your system.  If you would like to get stronger with out that fear, use accommodating resistance.  Bands and chains gradually add weight without keeping your body under that tension for the full time of the lift.  Watch your strength go through the roof!
