Tip of the Day
In case you all haven't noticed, it's hot.  Along with heat comes humidity, unless you live somewhere where it's a "dry heat" but that isn't us.  Along with heat and humidity come A LOT of sweating.  So as a general reminder......HYDRATE!  You might also want to avoid things that are dehydrators, soda and alcohol.  Drinking plenty of water is common sense but there is more to hydration than just water.  We usually buy Propel or another type of no sugar sports drink and mix it in our water to keep our sodium and potassium levels regulated.  Be smart, stop and get a drink if you need to to avoid overheating, and hydrate before and after your workouts.
