10 x 2 Box Squat @ 55% + 25% band tension (blue/red)

2 Rounds:
1a) 12 per leg single leg KB deadlift
1b) 15 DB or barbell overhead sit ups

For Time:
60 m Farmers Carry
Then 3 Rounds of:
12 push ups
6 power cleans (185/125)

60 m Farmers Carry
Then 2 Rounds of:
10 push ups
4 power cleans (205/135)

60 m Farmers Carry
Then 1 Round of:
8 Push ups
2 power cleans (215/145)

Tip of the Day
Olympic lifting takes hours of training and practice.  Thousands of reps at LIGHT weight helps to perfect the technique.  As the weight gets heavier, the errors become more pronounced.  Now add in fatigue to that heavy weight and that's a nasty combo.  Perfect the technique with a PVC or broom handle, make small increases in weight, then when you can go heavy during a WOD, the movement comes naturally and you will automatically trust your ability.
