Tip of the Day
Today's workout will reward the athlete that is efficient on the rower and has solid squat form.  If you know how to pace yourself and your technique is solid on rowing, you will be able to finish just a strong as you started.  The rower, however, will make the squats feel a bit slower than usual and if you have any weakness in your squat, this workout will bring it out.
