100 Wall Balls
*Every minute on the minute do 5 Burpees
*WOD starts with burpees

Tip of the Day
Have a game plan and fight for it.  You need to know exactly how long it will take to do your 5 burpees every minute, and fight to keep them at that time.  Resting during the burpees is not going to get any work done toward your wall balls.  Get them over with, get in some wall ball reps, and rest later.
