Tip of the Day
Two wods, two spints, both are ideally completed in under five minutes.  For Grace, pick a weight that is challenging yet moves fast.  For the run, push yourself hard!  I know a lot of you hate running and just shuffle through it.  Your mind set is everything.  Decide that you are going to give it your all and complete the 800 in less than 5.  If you want to get better at something, change your thoughts about it and then tackle it head on.
