Tip of the Day
Today's anatomical phrase of the day is "lumbar spine".  If you squat like a pooping dog and pick things up off the floor with a back that looks like a turtle shell, today's wod is going to be really rough.  Your lumbar spine is that pretty S shape in your low back.  Ideally, you would like to keep that shape when you squat and when you lift things off of the floor.  Pay close attention to that part of your back today, it is going to be doing a lot of work.
