12 minutes?  That's it?  Workouts are designed to hit a desired stimulus and a desired energy pathway.  If you finish a workout and feel like you did not get enough out of it, you didn't go fast enough.  We are looking for intensity and quality, not quantity.  More is not always better, sometimes more is just more.
