Tip of the Day
Kipping is fun, fast, and cool looking.  However, the purpose of kipping is to produce power and the purpose of strict is to produce strength.  Do not always be in a rush to get everywhere you think you want to be.  While kipping is so cool, it's also a really fast way to injure yourself if you're lacking strength.  Take the time to build your strict strength.
