Deadlifts (225/155)
Handstand Push ups

Tip of the Day
Each time you complete a benchmark workout, you need to have a goal going into it that will challenge you more than the last time you completed it.  Maybe it's to do the deadlift unbroken.  Maybe it's to go a bit heavier, or make the handstand push ups more challenging.  Whatever it is, it should test you and push you to be better all while still being completed in the desired time frame of ten minutes or less.
