Tip of the Day
There are so many people in this world that choose to avoid exercise due to a joint issue.  However, one of the best ways to care for your joints is to strengthen the muscles around that joint.  Hamstring strength, for example, is the best way to stabilize the knee joint.  If you have joint problems, speak with your coach and they will guide you on the best course of action to improve you joint health.
