Double Unders

For Time:
100 double unders
then 5 rounds of:
10 DB deadlifts (75/50)
10 DB front squats (75/50)
then, 100 double unders

Tip of the Day
Dumbbell work will wreck havoc a lot faster than a barbell.  The unilateral aspect of the dumbbells requires more stabilizer muscles to kick in to support the load.  If you have poor form on these movements with a barbell, the dumbbells will over exaggerate those flaws.
