Tip of the Day
Today will test your ability to recover.  Do you have the ability to push hard and then get your heart rate and breathing back under control quickly?  Once you hit panic breathing, your rest will need to be longer.   Find a consistent pace that you can push for every round yet manage to catch your breath in a :30 window.  Be prepared to work really hard mentally on this one.
