Tip of the Day
The key to solid shoulder taps and handstand walking is balance.  You want your wrists directly below your shoulders and your hips directly over your shoulders.  Unless you are an ex professional gymnast or you have been walking on your hands since you were 5, the straighter you body is, the easier it is to handstand walk.
