Tip of the Day
This WOD is suppose to be a fast burner and a mental challenge.  How uncomfortable can you get?  The person that can push themselves into a deeper level of discomfort will excel today with a smaller rest period required.  As far as picking weight is concerned, scale accordingly so that all reps can be touch and go and you can squat it quickly.
