6 x 3 Banded Push Press @ 55%

1) DB bench press 8 RM (find in 3-4 sets)
2) 2 x 10 Barbell rows underhand grip

For Time:
10 - 1 Overhead Squats (95/65)
1 - 10 Box Jumps (24/20)

Tip of the Day
The overhead squat is one of our greatest coaching tools.  Not only does it take a lot of midline stability to be proficient at it, but it also shows us any issues in mobility.  This is a very humbling movement in that you simply cannot do it heavy if you have mobility issues or any weaknesses in the chain.  You would be better served doing this light and hitting the technique ideally.
