Tip of the Day
Today's WOD is going to be a bit deceiving.  7 minutes is not very long, the number scheme is small, the deadlift is not that heavy, easy day right?  This WOD will hit you pretty hard neurologically.  Between the double unders, the skill of the kipping toes to bar, and the full body stress of the deadlift, today is going to be a great test.
