Tip of the day
Today is like one big neurological test.  Kipping toes to bar start out really well for most people and then suddenly, they're gone.  The same happens with double unders, you string together 20 and then suddenly, you're unable to do 2.  That is because the skill of both of those movements involve changes to your nervous system which require a lot of practice.  The more you can successfully do these movements under fatigue, the faster your nervous system adapts and changes.
