Tip of the Day
On Tuesday we talked about movements being neurological and changes to your nervous system to improve them.  In today's EMOM, you might find that the overloading of your central nervous system with the deadlift will make your pull ups feel easier.  When your body adapts to a heavy stressor, doing a similar movement at a lighter weight will seem more effortless.  Due to the heavy pull of the deadlift, the lighter weight pull shouldn't seem as difficult as usual.
