Tip of the Day
Because the score for today is the cals, "working" on your rope climb is not an option for today.  If you are not proficient at rope climbing, you will need to modify in order to keep the intensity high.  In order to get the most out of CrossFit and to see benefits quickly, you need to keep your intensity as high as you are capable of.
