Tip of the Day
20 minutes is a long time!  Being able to do a round every minute on the minute is going to be hard to sustain for that long.  Start out strong, not sprinting, and rest as little as possible between movements.  Try to get through at least 10 rounds before you look at the clock.  Keep your pace as consistent as you can for as long as you can.
