Tip of the Day
For those of you competing for the first time outside of our gym, or for the first time ever, there is a progressive way to prep for a competition.  You will notice there is no WOD for you today, it's called a "taper" week.  You progressively decrease your work load and intensity to rest up to be able to give 110% for two days.  Very rarely due you push as hard on a regular training day as you should during a competition.  When you show up on game day, you want to feel like a changed animal.  You should feel fresh, fast, and seriously ready to work out!
