Tip of the Day
A large majority of you just competed.  Overall, how do you feel you did?  Are you happy with your performance and how you felt?  Did you identify your weaknesses and what you need to fix?  Competitions are a great way to get out of your comfort zone but are sometimes also a eye opening experience of things you need to work on.  For some it might be technique work, some strength, others nutrition.  We are so proud of all of you for competing, volunteering, and cheering.
