Tip of the Day
Your max cals on the rower is directly proportionate to the amount of power you can produce onto the rower.  The best way to optimize your power output, is to have proper rowing technique.  You can mess with the damper and foot petals, those help too.  However, if you have a short rowing stroke, your knees bend at the wrong time, you're not driving with your legs on the way back, you're going around your knees on the way back in, all of these are technique errors that are causing you to leak power!
