Tip of the Day
Your goal as an athlete is to improve just a little bit each day, with a larger goal of improving by leaps and bounds over longer periods like months and years.  Our goal as coaches is to help make you a little bit better each time you walk in the door.  If you have that mentality, you will find that your patience for your progress improves but it will also help you to see the bigger picture.  What can you do now that you could not do a year ago?  If you can honestly say that you are more fit at an older age than you were when you were younger, then we have both been doing our jobs.
