Tip of the Day
This would be a great day to work on your barbell cycling.  It is faster to keep your hands on the bar and touch and go each rep than it is to drop it from the top each time.  To cycle efficiently, keep the bar close to your body and let it fall either back onto your legs, or straight down to the floor.
