Tip of the Day
Ligtht Diane with burpees, what?!?!?!  Because of the extra hip involvement of the burpee, your kipping handstand push ups need to have some solid timing today.  When kipping, you want to fully fire your hip BEFORE you start pressing yourself up.  If you press too soon, that kip will be a total waste of energy.
