Find your bench press 3 RM

2 Rounds:
1a) 12 DB floor press with palms facing + (blue/red) band
1b) 12 DB tate press

30 Double Unders
8 Burpees
6 Bench Press (155/105)

Tip of the Day
Bench press in a WOD is no excuse to not go through your set up routine.  Just because it is set in our "for time" setting does not mean that you can forget your prelift set up.  Weather you're doing the work for weight or for speed, the set up will make you more efficient on the lift and help prevent an unnecessary injury.
