Tip of the Day
The sumo deadlift set up can be a bit confusing for people.  We see errors like toes forward and knees forward, butt too low, shoulders to far back, feet too close.  Whenever you set up for the sumo deadlift, turn your toes out, drive your knees out hard, put your hands on the bar and pull your hips down until you feel the hamstrings load.  This is also known as "wedging" yourself into the bar.
