5 Right arm KB snatchs (1.5/1)
5 Right arm KB waiters lunges (1.5/1)
5 Left arm KB snatches
5 Left arm KB waiters lunges

Tip of the Day
Unilateral work is excellent for your strength, balance, and joint stability.  Overhead KB holds, carries, and swings can greatly improve your shoulder health.  When the weight is overhead, make sure your arm is fully locked out and your shoulder is active with your bicep close to your head.
