Tip of the Day
"In order to be a faster runner, I need to run more."  False!  In order to be a faster runner, you need to be stronger and more explosive.  Having a solid squat, being able to jump high and/or far yet land soft, training the Olympic lifts, and doing dynamic effort work quickly are all ways to improve your explosiveness, your power output, and your speed.
