WOD

1) Find your 1 RM Hang Power Clean

Rest as needed

2) With a partner:
5:00 max meter row
5:00 max rep push press (115/80)

*You and your partner will complete the row first, switching as needed.  You will then move on to the barbell together at the 5:00 mark, completing as many push press as possible, dividing the work as needed.

Tip of the Day
Working with a partner allows for a higher power output due to rest.  If you know the limits of your work capacity, be sure to communicate with your partner when you will need to switch.  Do not push until your exhaustion limit and then expect your partner to carry you the rest of the way.
