Tip of the Day
Climbing the rope quickly, is a skill.  A skill that, like double unders and kipping, requires practice.  If you are a "muscle through" type of athlete, you will find that your grip and forearms become toasted.  If you practice the proper technique, you will find that your grip will be saved and you will feel it more in your lats.  You will also find that you will become more efficient, making you faster.
