Tip of the Day
Knees to elbow require a bit more strength and timing than toes to bar.  Whenever you kip and your knees come up toward your arms, you have to give an extra pull to get your knees up to your elbows.  Many people mistaken knees to elbow for knees to armpits or knees to triceps.
