Tip of the Day
High intensity with rest is the thought process behind todays WOD.  If you are thinking "WOW, I have a whole 5 minutes, I can take my time", think again.  Improve your lactic threshold by pushing hard and recovering fast.  The harder and longer you can push into that uncomfortable zone, the more you will get comfortable being there.
