Tip of the Day
The Turkish get up is all about angles.  When completed properly, your midline and joints can support a lot of weight.  If you are sloppy and just try to roll of the floor to your feet, you will fit that you are limited in weight and mobility.  Hit the right angles and take your time and you'll surprise yourself.
