Tip of the Day
A strong midline means more than just having nice abs.  Visual abs are just the outer layer of the abdominal wall.  What we are looking for are the strong abdominals that sit deep to those.  A strong midline/core helps protect your spine, improves your posture, and makes you more functional in our everyday life.
