Tip of the Day
Ask any coach, trainer, gym owner, and/or nutritionist and you will hear the same thing, "this is the hardest and worst time of the year."  Why is that?  Starting this month, everyones sugar intake slowly increases.  This additional sugar intake causes additional food intake, additional alcohol intake, and decrease in motivation.  We would like to challenge all of you to stay on track over the next few months.  We would like to see you all continue your positive progress and finish the year strong and roll into 2017 full speed ahead.  It is frustrating to see people work so hard for 9 months only to blow it the last 3 and have to start all over again in January.
