8 x 2 Front Squat @ 75% of 1 RM

2 Rounds:
20 deadlift (135/95) or (30% of deadlift 1 RM)
20 sumo deadlift
20 Dimel deadlift

For Time:
100 Thrusters (95/65)
*Every time you drop the bar, complete 6 over the box jumps

*Compare to 10-16-15

Tip of the Day
This workout is far more mental than physical.  Can you devise a plan and stick to it?  If the plan changes part way through, can you keep your composure and stick to the new plan without getting mad or irritated?  Can you do just one more rep?  How about 5 more?  How badly do you want to be finished as opposed to doing more box jumps?  Stay calm, breathe, and it will be over before you know it.
